Max based in Montenegro for past 6 years, he is author and founder of Startup Factory, an early-stage startups incubation program in Western Balkans. Program running for the past 2 years with annual cohorts of 9-12 startups each, and 35+ mentors and experts.

Active IT and innovations community member and facilitator, startups enthusiast and digital ecosystem researcher focused on CEE region, he strongly believe in strategic thinking, creative mindset and networking.
